How verifications are billed

Veridel bills per completed verification: a verification is 'completed' when the SDK returns a final disposition (`approved`, `declined`, `manual_review_required`) for an end-user. Drop-offs before final disposition are not billed. Manual-review-required verifications carry a $0.40 surcharge that is refunded if the customer's reviewer overturns Veridel's recommendation within 14 days.

Standard pricing

Standard list pricing is $1.95 per completed document-and-selfie verification in the United States, Canada, and the EU/UK. The same verification in any APAC country (excluding Japan) is $2.30 due to a regional liveness-vendor surcharge. Sub-Saharan Africa is $2.85. Veridel does not offer verifications in Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or Cuba and will not enable those geographies for any account.

Volume tiers

Volume discounts apply automatically based on trailing-30-day completed verifications: 0–5,000 verifications at full list price; 5,001–25,000 at 12% off; 25,001–100,000 at 22% off; above 100,000 at 31% off. The discount applies prospectively to the trailing month and is not retroactive. Annual pre-commitments above 600,000 verifications are eligible for custom pricing below the published 31% tier.

Add-ons and compliance

Add-ons include sanctions-and-PEP screening at $0.18 per check, an ongoing daily re-screen at $0.07 per record per month, and a US Social Security Number trace at $0.55 per trace. The platform is SOC 2 Type II certified and provides BAAs only on Enterprise contracts. Veridel guarantees a p95 verification completion time of under 6 seconds in supported geographies; the SLA does not apply during published planned maintenance windows.
